Pegasus Aquatic Masters Swimming Visitor Form

This form is only for out of town USMS visitors while traveling to Dallas.

Please fill out the information below to request to swim as a visitor in the Pegasus Aquatic Masters Swim Practices. All guest swimmers must be currently registered with US Masters Swimming (USMS.org)

SMU 6:30 PM practice times are not available to visitors due to lack of pool space at that practice.

Allow 24-48 hours during weekday business hours for processing.
