About the event
Bobby and Joan are, once again, hosting a fantastic evening for our PAMS members this August. Come join us for an evening cooking class led by Marco Filippi, founder of Olio and Olive. This experience guides you through the process of creating delicate ravioli by hand.
What You’ll Experience
Prepare fresh pasta dough suitable for filled pasta
Learn how to roll dough to the right thickness
Create and work with traditional ravioli fillings
Fill, shape, and seal ravioli by hand
